Love, Respect, Courage

Welcome to our School

High Aspirations, Moral Strength, Spiritual Depth

Andrews’ Endowed School is a Church of England Primary School for children from four to eleven years old.

The original school was founded and endowed under the will of Thomas Andrews in 1719 for the children of Holybourne and the surrounding villages.  From our unique beginnings, our Christian values of Love, Courage and Respect underpin everything that happens in our school.

The original 18th Century School House is still in use today.  Behind it, the building has been modified and extended several times as the school roll has expanded,  so that our children can enjoy modern, spacious classrooms and have extensive outdoor space in which to learn and play.

We are proud to be a village school, a church school, and a family school.  We are committed to retaining and maintaining the intimate, family-centred ethos of a village school whilst providing a curriculum and learning environment which meets the needs of a 21st Century education.

Andrews’ Endowed CE Primary School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.  This means that we have a safeguarding culture and have Safeguarding and Child Protection Policies and procedures in place which are robust in approach and expectation.

We invite you to come and find out more about our family of learners.
